The House of Prayer Church celebrated the 4th of July in a big way. First was a ground-breaking service where Bro. Phil Lowry and Bro. Wes Jolly broke ground for the Church's new Fellowship Center.
This year we introduced a Purse Auction as one of our Fund Raisers for our New Fellowship Hall. The ladies in the Church brought Purses with Misc. items in them. Some Purses had money and some had Gift Cards which gave the men an extra incentive to bid on them. The Auction was a big success and alot of money was raised for the new Center.
Of course, no 4th of July celebration is complete without fireworks. We enjoyed a great fireworks show which was a great way to cap off a great day of fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ!
